The United States in 2012: Year of Decision
From July 9th to July 14th, 2012
With the presidential election campaign in full swing, the United States is in an economic slowdown and politically paralyzed. Is the country of "Yes we can" yielding to "Well, we tried? " American and Quebec experts tackle this question and the many issues it raises.
This course is intended for citizens interested in international affairs, NGO representatives, civil servants, diplomats, journalists and business professionals.
The course is offered by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and may be taken for credit by graduate students (PLU6904A). Undergraduate students may also register under specific conditions. Please read the important notice for undergraduate students.
