GENERAL RATES

Government employees & corporate fees
- Registration fees: $1,650 plus tax
- Registration receipt
- These fees qualify legally under government-recognized professional training programs.

Trade unions
- Registration fees: $1,100 plus tax
- Registration receipt
- These fees qualify legally under government-recognized professional training programs.

NGOs, employees, general population & retired
- Registration fees: $825 plus tax
- These fees are tax-deductible for the self-employed.

Daily rates
Participants may enroll for one or a limited number of days:
- Government and corporate: $310 plus tax
- Trade union: $210 plus tax
- Employees, seniors and members of NGOs: $200 plus tax
- Students: $100 plus tax



REDUCED RATES

A 10-per-cent discount will be offered to those who have taken part in previous summer schools, UdeM graduate students and participants who register early.
- Note that these discounts are not cumulative.


Alumni
A 10-per-cent discount will be given to participants who have already attended a previous CERIUM summer school.
Important: To be eligible for the discount, participants must have attended all the seminars of a same school. In the registration form, pick the category that applies to your situation. In the comments box, please indicate the summer school and the year you took part in it. We will apply the discount after having checked our records.


UdeM Graduates
A 10-per-cent discount will be given to participants who are UdeM graduate students.

Important: To be eligible for the discount, participants must pick the category in the registration form that applies to their situation. In the comments box, please indicate your program and graduation year. We will apply the discount after having checked our records.


Early Registration
A 10-per-cent discount will be given to participants who pay their entire registration fees before April 1st, 2012.



STUDENT RATES

This information is intended for students who do not wish to be credited.
Please follow this link if you wish to receive credits for your participation in a summer schools program.
- Important: No receipt for tax purposes will be issued by CERIUM.
- To be considered as a student, you must have been enrolled in an educational institution since at least January 2012.
- Supporting documents should be sent by e-mail or by fax (514-343-7348).

Students from Quebec
Registration fees: $550 plus tax


Students from outside Quebec
Registration fees: $770 plus tax
- Important: All Canadian students from outside Quebec, foreign students and students not requiring a certificate must send us valid proof of registration in a college or university as of January 2012 or later. (Accepted documents: most recent dated transcript, statement of most recent registration fees.)



STUDENTS RECEIVING COURSE CREDITS

UdeM Students wishing to receive credits
Students registered at the Université de Montréal who are completing their bachelor or graduate studies and wish to be credited pay no fees to CERIUM.
Undergraduate students must read this important notice.

Steps
- Fill out the CERIUM’s registration form online.
- Subscribe at the Université de Montréal (information to come).


Students from other Quebec universities wishing to receive course credits
Students enrolled in a university that is a member of CRÉPUQ (including French students) pay no fees to CERIUM.

Steps for CRÉPUQ students
- Fill out CERIUM’s registration form online.
- Apply through CRÉPUQ, via your university.
- The CRÉPUQ agreement may be consulted here.

Steps for non-CRÉPUQ students
- Upon completion of the course, non-Quebec and foreign students who wish to receive credits will receive a letter signed by a professor and/or program director certifying that they have met the requirements of the course, worth three credits, and noting their grades.
- This will not be a standard university transcript. Students must ascertain with their academic director at their home institution whether these credits will be recognized by their university.
- We will be happy to provide a course syllabus and other necessary information to the program directors involved.
- Note that students from outside Quebec who wish to receive credits are expected to meet the same academic requirements as Quebec students.



FULL ACCESS PASS

Would you rather choose the conferences that interest you most over the two-week period when our eight summer schools take place? Nothing could be simpler: the Full Access Pass is available with the following deductions:
- Government and corporate: $2,750 plus tax (instead of $3,300)
- Trade Unions: $1,980 plus tax (instead of $2,200)
- NGO representatives, employees and seniors: $1,320 plus tax (instead of $1,650)
- Students: $1,015 plus tax (instead of $1,100)

How to proceed with payment
Payment may be made online, by certified cheque or by bank wire transfer (please click here for information on wire transfers). Payment must be made in full if registering after May 15, 2012. A deposit of $185 may be paid if registering on or before that date. (All amounts are in Canadian dollars.)


Cancellation Policy
CERIUM retains the right to cancel a summer school if the number of enrolled students is not sufficient. Participants will be contacted two weeks in advance and will receive a full refund. CERIUM also retains the right to limit the number of places available.


Refund Policy
Cancellations before May 15, 2012, are eligible for reimbursement of half the deposit or half the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2012.
