Ana Beduschi-Ortiz

Biographie / Biography

Née au Brésil, Ana Beduschi, épouse Ortiz, a fait ses études de Droit à l’UNESP - Université de l’Etat de Sao Paulo, Brésil. Elle a exercé en tant qu’avocate au Brésil jusqu’en 2001 et est inscrite à l’Ordre des Avocats du Brésil, Barreau de Sao Paulo. Arrivée en France en 2001, elle a obtenu les diplômes de Licence en Droit, de Maîtrise de Droit, mention Droit international et européen, et Master 2 en Droit, mention Droit européen des Droits de l’Homme, à l’Université de Montpellier 1. Actuellement, elle prépare un Doctorat en Droit public, à l’Université de Montpellier 1, au sein de l’Institut de Droit Européen des Droits de l’Homme. Elle a été Allocataire de Recherches et Chargée de Travaux Dirigés et actuellement elle est Attachée Temporaire d’Enseignement et de Recherche (ATER) au sein de l’Université de Montpellier 1 (2009/2010). Ses principaux axes de recherche sont le droit international, comparé et européen des étrangers, le droit international, comparé et européen des droits de l’Homme et le droit communautaire des droits fondamentaux.

Born in Brazil, Ana Beduschi –Ortiz, has studied Law at the UNESP- University of Sao Paulo – Brazil (Bachelor’s Degree). She has work as a Lawyer in Brazil until 2001 and she is registered as member of the Sao Paulo Bar Association. Arrived in France on 2001, she has a Bachelor’s Degree of Law, a Master Degree of Law specially mention on International and European Human Rights Law, at the University of Montpellier 1. Actually she prepares a PhD. Degree of Law, at the Institute of European Human Rights from the University of Montpellier 1. She was Allocataire de Recherches and Graduate Assistant at the University of Montpellier 1 and now she is Lecturer for the Academic year 2009/2010 at this University. Her research outlines are Aliens International, Comparative and European Law, International, Comparative and European Human Rights Law, EU Fundamental Rights Law.
